The private dock features a comfortable sitting area and fishing rod holders, while the private boat lift accommodates boats from 16–30 feet and up to 10,000 pounds. Two jet-ski floats provide even more opportunities to enjoy the water.
After a day of boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or exploring the coast, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the private hot tub.
This home was designed for spending time together. Fire up the Blackstone grill for dinner, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or relax on the screened-in porch while enjoying the waterfront views.

The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with a king primary bedroom with direct access to the screened porch, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, with one queen bedroom also featuring a futon for additional sleeping space, and 2.5 bathrooms.
The primary suite provides a relaxing retreat of its own, featuring a soaking tub, double vanity, walk-in closet, and luxurious smart shower with rain, handheld, and traditional shower settings.
Upstairs, the additional bedrooms each feature their own TV, while a spacious full bathroom serves the second level.
Want to stay active while you're away? The ground-level private gym includes a treadmill, weight bench, dumbbells ranging from 5–80 pounds, heavy bag, and mirrors.
